Troy Alan is an Investment Associate with The Vara Group at the Seattle office of Marcus and Millichap. Troy specializes in the sale of office and industrial commercial properties around the core markets of the Pacific Northwest.

Troy is committed to his clients and maximizing returns for their investments. His market expertise as well as passion to understand clients sets him apart from his competition. Mr. Alan’s passion and interest in real estate began at a young age influenced by family members. His excellent abilities to communicate and represent his clients‘ best interests set him apart.

Mr. Alan attended Washington State University and earned a BA in business marketing. While in college his internship at Cushman and Wakefield inspired him to pursue a career supporting his clients’ best interests in real estate.
