Themio Pallis

Themio Pallis specializes in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial properties across South King and Pierce Counties. A third-generation commercial real estate professional, he combines deep local roots with strategic insight to help clients navigate complex real estate decisions.

Before joining The Vara Group, Themio gained experience in development and property management at Bridge Industrial and previously worked in wealth management in Los Angeles. He earned his degree from Gonzaga University in Integrated Media with a minor in Business and Public Relations.
