Tammy Linden joined the Seattle office of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) in December 2017. As a First Vice President Capital Markets with MMCC. Ms. Linden is responsible for securing commercial debt financing for an array of property types including multifamily, manufactured housing communities, office and industrial, retail, self-storage, seniors housing and hospitality. She is well connected with national, regional and local funding sources including, but not limited to, agency lenders (E.g. Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac), commercial banks, credit unions, CMBS lenders, life insurance companies, private and public funds and hard money lenders.
Ms. Linden has more than 32 years of commercial real estate finance experience. She specializes in multifamily and manufactured housing communities, but also has knowledge and experience in commercial and industry lending from her prior employment with Security Pacific Bank, California United Bank, West One Bank and Sterling Savings. Prior to joining MMCC, Ms. Linden served as a Vice President commercial mortgage originator with Union Bank, BofI Federal Bank and HomeStreet Commercial Capital. She was also a commercial real estate mortgage broker with Banker’s Mutual and was a Director with Bond Street Capital, thus providing her with balanced commercial mortgage origination experience as a broker and a banker.
Ms. Linden is a graduate of Washington State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and a Minor in Economics. She is also a graduate of Security Pacific Bank Commercial Lending Training Program. Ms. Linden was a former board member of her sons’ high school booster clubs and continues to serve as an adult volunteer for Boy Scouts of America.
