Mike Babicz

Michael Babicz specializes in the acquisition and disposition of office and industrial primarily in the Puget Sound and Seattle/Tacoma MSA. Prior to joining The Vara Group, Mr. Babicz worked in his family construction business. Mr. Babicz uses his market expertise and the national Marcus & Millichap platform to curate investment strategies for his clients by assessing market trends and challenges that clients face.

Mr. Babicz attended Washington State University where he earned a B.A. in Economics with an emphasis in financial markets and a minor in Business Administration. In his personal time, Mr. Babicz enjoys skiing, golfing, wakeboarding, and spending time with his friends and family.
