"We worked with The Vara Group on the sale of our mixed-use building in Mukilteo. We were very satisfied with their analysis of the market, property value and their attention to our specific concerns and unique small town market. They fielded several full price offers for us, including an attempt to sell to a favored tenant of ours, but in the end held out for a buyer who was well suited to the property and Old Town Mukilteo. As the feasibility and financing process progressed after mutual agreement with the buyer, they worked to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding between buyer and seller including the execution of an amendment to the PSA that helped reduce our capital gains obligation. In the end, The Vara Group helped us accomplish our goals for the sale and we believe we have ended up with a new owner that will be a good steward of this property that we created 21 years ago."
